Long-Awaited Update

Alright, I know I’ve been slacking at this thing. When was the last update? July? August? I don’t even have a clue.
School’s started and it’s off to a regular start. I’m excited for my senior year at Carthage, but I’m even more excited that I’ll be sticking around here next year, too. Classes are a challenge, and I have to do well this time around, but I’m doing well — by the seat of my pants, like I do best.
The newspaper is a total time hog. We’ve got a huge staff this year, and I wasn’t prepared for that. There are some “issues” in the newsroom, but they will — need to be — overcome. Those issues might possibly be spilling over into other areas; time will tell.
Working at Walgreen’s is OK. I needed a long adjustment period for not having worked for so long, but now it’s going smoothly. There’s drama in the house, but that’s to be expected.
Overall — a normal existance right now.
